What type of fish can i put in the tank with my oscar and two fire electric eels?

Larry,

I would not recommend putting any other fish in with an Oscar and two eels
in a 29-gallon tank. Oscars grow very large and so can eels. You have
chosen two fish that belong is at least a 75-gallon tank. My advice is 1)
Read, read, read… 2) Buy larger tank if possible. 3) You may even want to
return or exchange your livestock at your local fish shop and start a
community tank where you can have a greater number of smaller fishes.
I realize this is not the answer you wanted, but it is the proper one. I
would be happy to answer any other questions you may in the future. Don’t
be discouraged; education and enjoyment go hand in hand.
