English Bulldog Breed

English Bulldogs

To the best of our knowledge the Bulldog had it's origins in the British Isles, the name bull being applied because of the dog's use in connection with bull-baiting. Though massive in body, all of the aggressiveness that once was this dogs trademark has been bred out of him, yet needs strict training. Now he is docile, sleeps a lot, and makes a fine family pet. Early obedience training is needed.

Does well in an apartment with little or no yard but should be exercised daily for at least a half an hour.
